"Felt pressured and uneasy about privacy"
I didn’t feel great using this because it kept asking for more information than I was comfortable sharing. It made me feel kind of pressured to give up my data just to keep going, that made me trust it less.

"Support really didn’t get me anywhere"
I reached out to support twice thinking maybe the first time was just a miss, but nope, same kind of copy-paste response both times. It felt like no one actually read what I was asking. I kept hoping they’d give me something useful or at least point me in the right direction, but there was no real fix, just generic replies that didn’t solve anything. Frustrating

I ended up canceling my plan and it wasn’t a big deal. I did have to poke around for a bit to find where the cancel option was, which was a little annoying, but not terrible. Support got back to me, and then it was sorted quickly. I was expecting more hassle, so that was a nice surprise.

I mean, I tried using My Sylvan Marketplace Plus on my phone and it was way more frustrating than I expected. The pages were loading super slowly, and a few buttons just wouldn’t do anything when I tapped them.

The menu kept shifting around on me, and I had to zoom in just to read certain parts. Checkout was also kind of confusing because I couldn’t tell if my information actually saved or not.

Maybe the desktop version is better, but the mobile site felt disorganized and unfinished. After messing with it for a while, I just gave up...

I reached out a few times because I needed help with an order, but it took forever to get a response. By the time they finally replied, it didn’t really fix anything, so I was still stuck dealing with the same issue. the whole back-and-forth left me feeling mentally drained and frustrated. "Search was kind of a pain"
The site itself is fine, but the search really frustrated me. I’d type in the exact item I was looking for and still get a bunch of random results, or sometimes nothing useful at all. The filters didn’t really make things easier either. Anyway... it ended up taking way longer than it should’ve to find simple stuff

I signed up for My Sylvan Marketplace Plus thinking it would be simple to change or cancel my subscription if I needed to, but the subscription page left me feeling annoyed. I was able to find what I needed in the end, but the site definitely didn’t make it easy. Pages were loading slowly for me, and the menu was confusing enough that I started wondering if I was missing something obvious. Checkout also took longer than it probably should have, which was fun. A cleaner layout would help a lot.

I feel stupid for trusting mysylvanmarketplaceplus.com. The whole experience was frustrating from the start, the site was confusing, and what I ended up getting didn’t really match what I thought I was signing up for. When I tried reaching out for help, support took way too long to respond, which just made everything more annoying. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me it was a waste of time and I definitely wouldn’t use it again...

I ordered from mysylvanmarketplaceplus.com the shipping took way too long. I kept checking the tracking for updates, but it felt like nothing changed for days. The item did finally show up, and it seems fine, but the wait was frustrating. Not sure I’d order from them again after that.

"Good experience so far"
I wasn’t totally sure at first, but the site worked fine for me. The info was clear, and I didn’t notice anything that felt off. A few parts took me a little time to figure out, but overall it seems trustworthy. I’d give it 4 stars since there’s still a bit of room to improve

"Tracking never updated after I ordered"
Is it just me, or is it really frustrating when tracking doesn’t update for days? Mine stayed stuck the whole time and no one explained what was going on. I kept checking and felt totally left in the dark. i don’t think I’d order from here again.

"Not much to choose from"
I went on My Sylvan Marketplace Plus hoping to pick up a few basic things, but there just wasn’t much there. A bunch of the categories felt almost empty, and the ones that did have products seemed to repeat the same type of stuff over and over.

I tried looking around a bit more, but it didn’t really feel worth the time. What made it more frustrating is that if you have questions or run into an issue, it feels like nobody really takes ownership or points you in a clear direction. If you’re looking for variety or different brands to compare, this site is disappointing.

I can’t believe I’m still waiting after two weeks?! I kept expecting it to arrive or at least get some kind of update, but nothing has shown up.
